Arcane Sharda card game
In development
Wizards, and the things wizards want. Dealt out across a table, one card at a time, scored in the way card games are scored.
The other half of it is the sound. Dungeon synth, the lo-fi, keyboard-and-tape-hiss corner of fantasy music that never wanted to be orchestral and never wanted to be cleaned up. Music recorded in a bedroom that insists it was recorded in a keep. That is the register this game is built in: hand-drawn rather than rendered, murky rather than epic, small on purpose.
Most fantasy games reach for spectacle. This one reaches for atmosphere, the specific feeling of a photocopied cover, a four-track, and a map someone drew from memory.

This is a placeholder. Nothing has been built yet, and there is no date. The creative direction is being developed by hand, deliberately and slowly, which is the only way this particular thing is worth doing at all.
